South Lamar Road Closure

South Lamar Boulevard, between Johnson Avenue and Buchanan Avenue, will closed to Northbound traffic from 8:30 am to 11:30 am on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 while crews work to remove a large, dead tree. Northbound traffic will be detoured around the area via Johnson Avenue, South 13th Street, and Buchanan Avenue. The attached map depicts the detour route. Motorists in the area should use extreme caution when approaching the work area and make efforts to take another route if possible.
