| Online Services and Forms The City of Oxford has the following forms available for your convenience. At this time, the City does not accept e-mailed versions of these forms. All forms are Adobe .pdf files. A reader is available for download below. City Clerk's Office - The City of Oxford now has real property tax information available via the web. Clicking on the link below opens up a new window that you may use to search the tax database by property owner, address, parcel number, section/township/range, or PIN identifier. For more information regarding property taxes in the City of Oxford, call the City Clerk's office at 662-236-1310. Department of Building and Development - All may be faxed back to the number indicated on the form but will not be officially accepted until payment is received. Oxford Electric Department Forms - click the links below to see the appropriate form, then simply print it and fill it out. You can either drop it by the OED office at 300 McElroy Drive (across from the Oxford Post Office), or fax it to (662) 232-2375.
