Oxford Housing Authority Official Website

Oxford Housing Authority was organized in the late 1960s with the construction of the first multifamily housing complex in Oxford. The Authority has grown from those original 100 units to 312 units of rental housing scattered over 5 sites throughout the City. The Mayor, Board of Aldermen and citizens of Oxford strongly support the Oxford Housing Authority and the families we so proudly serve.   Call 234-7524 for service.

Oxford Housing Authority owns and/or manages 312 units in 5 complexes of public and assisted housing within the city limits of Oxford, Mississippi including:

C.B. Webb Townhouses

Located at 900 Molly Barr Road, C. B. Webb Townhouses has 128 townhouse style apartments, one and two stories. This site has efficiency, 1,2,3,4 and 5 bedrooms apartments. The offices of the Authority are located on the front of this complex, as is one of our Police Substations. Our "first class" maintenance staff maintains the grounds in such a beautiful fashion that the Oxford Garden Club awarded their very prestigious Lawn of the Month to the Oxford Housing Authority in the Spring of 2002. This multifamily complex houses a number of elderly residents, who enjoy sitting out in the evenings visiting with neighbors

Wayne Johnson Homes

Located on Delores Drive, Wayne Johnson Homes has 50 duplex style, one story apartments ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms. This complex ends in a cul de sac, so that most of the vehicular traffic is residents. This multifamily complex also houses a number of elderly/disabled residents. The Authority currently has plans to convert the office building at Wayne Johnson to a laundry facility for residents only.

Riverside Place

Located off Pegues Road, Riverside Place is a 100 unit multifamily complex with walk-up style apartments, 2 and 3 story. This complex has 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments and a Police Substation. Riverside Place is owned by the City of Oxford and managed by Oxford Housing Authority. It was completely renovated, inside and out, in 1996.

Willow Knoll

Located on Jackson Ave. East, Willow Knoll has 12, 3 and 4 duplex style apartments in a cul de sac. This complex is located close to the public library and other shopping.

Laurel Grove

Located next to C.B. Webb Townhouses on Molly Barr Road, has 22, 3 and 4 bedroom duplex style apartments in a cul de sac.
