The Oxford Reserve and Trust Committee was appointed by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen to invest the proceeds of the sale of Baptist Memorial Hospital. The local and private legislation that enabled the creation of this trust can be found on the State of Mississippi's legislative bill page.

  1. Adopt the Agenda.
  2. Approve the minutes of the August 12, 2014 and the October 28, 2014 meeting.
  3. Approve the reimbursement to the City of the payment of Trust administrative fees and expenses, including attorney’s and accountant’s fees, for fiscal years 2013 and 2014 in the total amount of $23,490, and authorize Lisa Carwyle to request funds from Glenmede to reimburse the City for administrative fees and expenses.
